Are international deliveries possible?

Please note that currently only orders from Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and France are possible from the respective stores with a corresponding in-country address..

I would like to change an order after it has been placed - is that possible?

Changes to the order are possible, if the articles haven't been shipped yet.

Custom designs, e.g. stainless steel throttle, are excluded from return. We therefore recommend you to check the required articles in detail beforehand. See also our terms and conditions of sale.

I have a problem with my order - who can I contact?

Can I also pay by invoice?

For customers who repeatedly purchase by us, we offer the possibility of "purchase on invoice". Please register in our store so that we can activate this option for you.

My order was delivered on a pallet. What now?

An obligation to take back shipping and sales packaging does not exist with private end consumers.

The disposal of the packaging must be carried out by the private end consumer themselves through the household waste/packaging collection (plastic packaging, paper bin, etc.).

If your order is delivered on a transport pallet, the transport pallet is a one-way pallet. If you wish to dispose of this pallet, contact your municipal waste and recycling facility.

Do I have to pay postage when I return items?

If you cancel the online contract, we will refund immediately the payments we have received from you, including delivery charges.

The return costs will not be refunded by us.

Can I cancel my order?

No, unfortunately an order cannot be cancelled. The order process is triggered directly in shipping. If you do not need the ordered article anymore, you can revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. Please read the revocation instructions in the terms and conditions of sale.

Can I return customized items?

Personalised goods, such as discharge throttles, which have been specially manufactured to meet your requirements, are excluded from return or revocation. We therefore recommend that you check the technical details carefully before approving the supplied design drawing.

What happens if I’m not at home at the time of delivery?

For deliveries with a parcel service the usual procedures of the parcel service commissioned by us apply.

Please note that forwarding agencies will have to charge you for a new transport if the delivery of your goods is unsuccessful. Please make sure that there is someone on site who can receive your ordered goods and that their contact details have been given.
